Castle Hill Stables are situated in the historic racing town of Middleham alongside the castle, in the beautiful Wensleydale area of North Yorkshire.
The yard was renovated in 2009 and now consists of 35 boxes and two large loose barns and a horse walker. Ben is also very fortunate to have plenty of paddock space for the horses allowing many of them to be turned out in the summer during the day.
Here in Middleham the yard benefits from access to both the High Moor and Low Moor gallops. From the 3f and 7f polytrack gallops and adjacent 7f grass gallop of Low Moor to the 1m 1f carpet gallop and matching grass gallop of High Moor. Additionally, we have access to two excellent schooling grounds, including: hurdles, fences and starting stalls.
